So when can we start drafting? Is there going to be a schedule set up?

Would Monday at say 630pm est work for everyone to start the prospect draft? There for the leafs time limit starts then. I would say earlier, but people have already said they have commitments this weekend, and I have a pretty busy day on monday until the evening.
Remember prospect draft has a 6 hr time limit for your picks. Between 12am-8am does not count in your time limit.

I could make my pick first thing in the am...so we can get through at least 2 on the first day

OK well you guys can make your picks anytime on Monday then. The actual time wont be started until 630 pm est on Monday. Therefore people can make their picks on Monday before that time, but noone can be skipped over on Monday until they have gone past their 6 hours from the time of their pick after the time listed above.

I'm still not clear on the draft schedule.
Is there a set schedule or do we have 6 hours after the person before us picks?

If it's based on the person before us then we need to re-examine what the penalty for missing the 6 hour window will be.

If it's based on the person before us then we need to re-examine what the penalty for missing the 6 hour window will be. I think it is 6 hours after the last person drafted (excluding time between midnight and 8am). Maybe to avoid problems, we can have each person email the next person after the pick to tell them they are up?

I think that's a good idea...can we post the all the e-mails in a suitable area?

I think that's a good idea...can we post the all the e-mails in a suitable area? You can email someone by hitting the little mail button on their profile...i don't think anyone has hidden their addresses (or you can look at the members tab to see their email address...

Okay, Does anyone else think they will have a concerns with this system in the later rounds especially?
I mean you really can't predict a day or time when your pick is coming (I mean you can guess of course) and I think we will have to be checking on this site constantly (6 hours after the the person before you picks). I will be in transit for over 24 hours on August 9th and I am concerned that I may miss a round (if all circumstances are right) and will be all over London for the week. After I will stay with my relatives for the next 2 1/2 weeks so I can draft no problems
I know I could hand in a list but it would be very difficult to peedict how picks would be made before I left.
Sorry guys, I don't want to sound like I'm moaning but in the previous threads there was discussion (and agreement I thought?) of making an actual draft schedule of 6 hour slots and not just saying 6 hours after the person before you.
Is anyone for or against the idea of setting up a structured schedule for the later rounds of the pro draft?

I understand your issue, but I think we are going a thousand times faster right now without a blocked schedule.
What would work for me is if we kept going with this method until soemone said they were out of town and then we could slow it down a bit, because we have a lot of time until the season starts and going behind one day is certainly not the end of the world.
What do you think rainmaker?
